ARRIVALCollected from the Airport and taken you to your accommodation in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda. Depending on your arrival time, take a mini city tour visiting the memorial and historical places in Kigali. Dinner and overnight.
KIGALI - RUHENGERI PNVAs we drive through the city and pass through the scenic country of 1000 hills all draping in unending lush green vegetation cover towards Ruhengeri, the land of the endangered Mountain Gorilla. Have lunch at the lodge. We give you time to have sufficient rest as you restore your energies for your gorilla trek. Dinner and overnight.
GORILLA TREKKING PARC DES NATIONALESVOLCANSAfter an early morning breakfast and we get ready to head to the park, to have a coffee or tea just to warm you up. Thereafter attend a short briefing about your Gorilla trek. Then we head into the jungle in search of these shy but gentle giants. Take pleasure and value every minute of the one hour viewing time you have, with these gentle giants. Thereafter we visit the community living at close quarters to the endangered species. All proceeds obtained, are given back to the community, as a token of appreciating their loving warmth they extend towards these gentle, endangered giants. Dinner and overnight.
PNV - LAKE KIVU - GISENYIAllow the rising sun to make a beautiful day. After having breakfast we set off to Lake Kivu the lake with very beautiful scenery. Then we stop in Gisenyi town to have lunch. In the evening, we set off on the Golden crystal waters of Lake Kivu for a very rewarding sundowner cruise. Dinner and overnight.
LAKE KIVU-KIGALI- DEPARTUREDrive from Lake Kivu to the capital where we visit historical and cultural sites. We also allow time for souvenirs shopping and later bid your farewells to you at the Airport. Kindly let us know if you should wish to have an extra night in Kigali.
