Hotels and services in the itinerary are proposed for your review only. We will book services once we receive your official booking requirement and payment. Booking status will be advised afterward. In case we cannot book hotel as we initially proposed due to their unavailability, we will choose a similar hotel in the same category and discuss with you for your final approval as the price may change.

 

Hotel check out is normally 12:00pm but sometimes earlier. Check-in is after 14:00pm. Early check-in and late checkout is subject to availability only.

 

Although it is our intention to operate the itinerary as detailed in the proposal, we cannot be held responsible for any last minute changes made as a result of climatic conditions, alterations to flight schedules or other operational factors.

 

Singles Joining – If you are joining a trip as a solo traveller please add the single supplement to the trip price. If you are willing to share a room please let us know and we will do our best to find someone for you to share with, we will inform you before finalizing the final payment of the trip.

 

BOOKING AND PAYING FOR YOUR HOLIDAY

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of total trip cost per person is required to confirm your tour. Please note that the full balance, as indicated on our confirmation which will be sent to you, is due 45 days before your departure date. If you are booking within 45 days of your departure date the full amount is due when booking. Failure to pay by the due date could be considered as a cancellation on your part and we reserve the right to impose cancellation charges as detailed below (These are default conditions unless you have a predetermined, overriding agreement with us).

 

 

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Notice of cancellation of your holiday by you once it has been confirmed must be in writing to us. Cancellation charges will be calculated from the date we receive written notice of cancellation. Any amendment charges that arose before the cancellation, and any deposits paid for any pre-booked items or services will still be payable.

If we cancel your holiday you will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us.

Deposits are non-refundable.

Itineraries

Day 1

Yangon Arrival

Upon arrival at Yangon airport you will be met by our representative and transferred to your accommodation. Check-in at your hotel and relax at your leisure. This evening, transfer from your hotel (short walk or private vehicle) to Pan Suriya traditional Burmese restaurant for an unforgettable dinner and drinks. Enjoy beautifully decorated dishes of innovative Burmese cuisine with a different approach. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 2

Yangon

Yangon (Rangoon), the former capital of Myanmar is still the largest city. It is the country’s economic hub and home to over seven million people. Instead of modern high rise buildings, the streets of the city are lined with impressive colonial buildings and a stroll through the leafy boulevards of town will feel like you have stepped back in time. Walk along Pansodan Street and admire the colonial style General Post Office and High Court. Stroll further towards the river and observe the City Hall and Customs House while passing religious pagodas and well maintained parks. After breakfast, start your day with a cycling trip to the river island. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue the day with a visit to Shwedagon Pagoda, also known as the Golden pagoda, whose stupa dominates the city’s skyline. Then drive to Kandawgyi Lake and walk around taking in the local life and culture. Return to your hotel late afternoon. Overnight in Yangon.

Day 3

Yangon – Inle Lake

After breakfast, transfer from your accommodation to the airport (with guide) for the flight to Heho. Upon arrival, you will be picked up by our guide and transferred to hotel in Nyaung Shwe. Take a rest at your leisure. In the afternoon start cycling around the lake. Return by boat and enjoy hot springs if time allows.

Day 4

Inle Lake – Kalaw

Today is a full day cycling from Nyaungshwe to Kalaw through Indein and Aungban. Stop for lunch along the way. Dinner and overnight stay at Kalaw.

Day 5

Kalaw – Mt. Popa

After breakfast, start your cycling day from Kalaw to Payangazu. Lunch is at local restaurant along the way. Then transfer to Mount Popa via Meiktila and stop for sightseeing there. Dinner and overnight stay at Popa.

Day 6

Mt. Popa – Bagan

In the morning, depart to visit Mount Popa. Rising 1,518 meters above sea level, Mount Popa is considered the sacred home of the spirits. We will cycle to Bagan and stop along the way at many interesting sightseeing stops. Lunch is at local restaurant. Late afternoon, end your cycling day with sunset at a beautiful pagoda in Bagan. Overnight in Bagan.

Day 7

Bagan – Pakokku

Enjoy unrivalled views from a pagoda during the sunrise. Today we will visit the famous temples of Bagan by bike. After lunch at local restaurant, transfer to Pakokku later in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay in Pakokku.

Day 8

Pakokku – Monywa

After breakfast, start your cycling day from Pakokku to the countryside through rustic villages. Then transfer to famous Hpo Win Taung caves and stop there for a good look around. In the afternoon, continue cycling to reach Monywa. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel and take a rest after a long ride. Enjoy dinner at local restaurant. Overnight in Monywa.

Day 9

Monywa – Sagaing

In the morning, transfer to visit some pagodas in Monywa, especially giant Buddhas. Then continue cycling to Myinmu, stop on the banks of Ayeyarwaddy for lunch. In the afternoon, transfer to Sagaing. End your day by enjoying sunset at the Pagoda hills. Dinner and overnight stay in Sagaing.

Day 10

Sagaing – Mandalay

After breakfast, visit Sagaing Bridge then transfer to Innwa and Amarapura for sightseeing. Lunch at Amarapura. Start cycling to Mandalay until late afternoon to enjoy sunset at Mandalay hill. Dinner and overnight in Mandalay.

Day 11

Mandalay departure

This morning is at your leisure. Lunch after check-out in Mandalay. Depending on the flight schedule, transfer to airport for your departure flight.
